Gran is a Spanish word for great or grand and Gravida is the Latin word for pregnancy. This 9 part art workshop is intended to be a combination of both. A container for gestation as well as a place to discover our individual greatness.

In the GranVida Series we go within, monitor our growth and create excitement around the rediscovery of our authentic self!

This unique art workshop is designed to offer a break from regular programming to dive into self, discover unrevealed DESIRES, create SELF LOVE, UNDERSTANDING and HEALING!

Much of this class will be spent reconnecting with our child self and our natural desires!

These classes are a means of taking time out for self, one day every month to reflect and truly being present with ourselves as a means being of present with OUR dreams, desires and individualized path to HAPPINESS.

Please understand that being an artist is NOT necessary to participate in these workshops and regardless YOU WILL BENEFIT.

These workshops are NOT about becoming an artist but rather UNDERSTANDING SELF on a deep level through the art that comes THROUGH us.

Repeating this artistic practice increases our sensibilities allowing us to take better note of our own instincts, thoughts and desired lives which comes through our creations.
