This series aims to mimic the gestation process allowing individuals to reconnect with their authentic being.

Gran in Latin, is short for grandiose meaning great, big or full grown.

Gravida in Latin, is a term for pregnancy.

In creating GranVida, we combine the idea of growing within our grandiose being and creating the space to understand ourselves and what we conceive as our full grown greatness!

In this class you will be offered an opportunity to confront yourself on canvas but you do not need to be an artist or know anything about art to benefit from the teaching.

This may sound simple but much of this class is spent reconnecting with our child selves and learning to honor our authentic voice.
